Individual Laboratory Features:

-Individual suites are approximately 500 square feet each
-Epoxy resin casework tops
-200 amp service in each suite with 20 amp emergency power backup c-circuit in each lab
-100% exhaust of each lab, 11 air changes per hour typical
-Suites can operate under local radiological license
-Gas closet off central hallway with feeds into lab. System includes dual regulator/shut offs at closet and point of use
-Wall hung adjustable height shelving, drying rack and glass front cabinets

Base Rates:

-Standard wet lab without fume hood
-Standard wet lab with a 4' fume hood
-Executive CEO offices (plus Common Area Maintenance fee)
-Additional amenities, such as computer work stations and additional casework, are available for nominal monthly fees
-Rates include all utilities, Internet connectivity, property taxes, and support services
